Well equipped 3 bedroom cottage with deck and big yard, just steps to a private resident beach! The Atlantic Ocean can be seen from the house. Fully furnished. Amenities include: Bed Linens & Towels, Wi-Fi Internet, Smart TV, Air Conditioning, Dishwasher, Grill, Fire pit, Outdoor Shower, Washer & Dryer, Beach Chairs, Beach Towels, Umbrella, Beach Cart and toys. Great for peaceful walks/runs and there are many bike and hiking trails in the area, including the Mattapoisett Rail Trail and Nasketucket Bay State Reservation a 5 minute drive from the house. Sleeps 6 people comfortably. Off-street parking for 2 cars. A small boat landing is available upon request. Well-behaved pets are welcome and can enjoy their own beach located on the other side of the jetty from the resident beach. Food bowls and a run are provided.
