This new home is located on Rainey Creek in beautiful and tranquil Swan Valley which is nestled along the Snake River and surrounded by two mountain ranges located in Caribou-Targhee National Forest. The area offers world-class fishing and boating on the Snake River and Palisades Reservoir as well as hiking, mountain biking, horseback riding, bird watching and skiing. Jackson Hole(Grand Teton National Park) is a very scenic 50-minute drive to the east and Idaho Falls is 40 minutes to the west.
This modern townhouse is an open and spacious(1800 sq. ft.) two-floor, three bedroom home with all new furnishings. The first floor master bedroom(cal king) features views and access to the patio and Rainey Creek via a sliding glass door. The living area includes two sofas and a large HDTV along with a vaulted ceiling. The living area also accesses the patio via a sliding glass door. The upstairs offers two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with two twin beds along with beautiful views. The large kitchen is fully equipped. There is a separate laundry room with a large capacity washer and dryer.
The townhouse is located on a private street adjacent to downtown Swan Valley. There is spacious parking in the driveway for two vehicles. Additional parking is available. Next door, across Rainey Creek via a pedestrian bridge, is a modern grocery store and shopping area (a five-minute walk.)
The neighborhood is walkable with footpaths along both sides of Rainey Creek. Nearby is a children's fishing pond (a ten-minute walk.)
