Experience farm stay in a 3 bedroom farm house with a mango orchard. Mangalorean (kaula) tiled roof with large balconies and verandahs lining the entire house. All materials used are local and recycled. The doors and windows used to be the old Karjat courtroom in another lifetime. And the single panel rose wood writing desk plausibly occupied a place at the viceroys office in Calcutta :-)
