We are very dog-friendly; however we are unable to host cats due to allergies. We do limit 2 dogs per stay. We do require a fully refundable $250 deposit due 48 hours before check-in and is refunded after check-out so long as there is no damage.

Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire house and a 2-acre yard, with a fenced in yard for your pets to roam freely. Our property is dog-friendly, and we may be able to accommodate horses – please inquire for more details.
Other things to note
Ample parking is available for trailers, boats, and multiple vehicles. Our property is professionally cleaned and maintained, and includes features such as WiFi, YouTubeTV, Roku TV, a fenced backyard, and more. Your comfort and convenience are our top priorities.

Housekeeping provides a starter supply of linens, towels, makeup towels, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher soap, garbage bags, washer pods, toiletries, etc.
★ No Smoking ★
Smoking is NOT allowed inside the guest house. This is a non-smoking guest house. Smoking leaves the guest house in a condition that is not suitable for the next guest. Violators will be charged for additional cleaning and remediation fee.
★ Additional Information & Rental Agreement ★
Upon booking this reservation you will be required to provide additional information. This may include a copy or photo of the verified government ID belonging to the individual booking the property as well as additional contact information. This requirement is in accordance and compliance with local ordinances and laws specific to short term rentals.
The person booking the guest house must be a minimum of 21 years old. The person booking must be present and occupy the rental along with any member of the booking party for the entire duration of the stay. We do not allow people to use other people’s accounts, such as Airbnb, to book reservations on their behalf. Parties and Events on the property are strictly prohibited.
★ Mother Nature ★
You may see or encounter wildlife such as racoons, opossums, birds, bats, bees, wasps, mosquitoes, spiders, ants, crickets, lizards, and palmetto bugs to name a few. These creatures reside in nature, and we have no control over them. We do have a pest control service in and outside the guest house to reduce the incidence of bugs. We cannot control mother nature; therefore, we do not refund for instances as noted above in addition to inclement weather, power outages, or unforeseen circumstances.
