Summary: The house was exactly as advertised. Although there were some very minor issues (I let the owner know about in a separate email) the overall experience was a top 10. We rented for a family reunion. We wanted it close to the beach and other places for kids. The walk to the beach was 1 block, the house was in the heart of Cocoa and plenty to do. The house had plenty of space - the beds were comfortable, and although no ceiling fans, they supplied plenty of room fans that were just as good. They had an outdoor shower that was a big hit with the kids. The pool was awesome, although it was quite warm until we asked them to kill the heater. The container pool is what sold me on this property. The kitchen(s) had lots of equipment and the Publix was 3 miles away so if we needed something it was a quick ride. There was a 7-11 and mini mart (walkable) for emergency supplies too. The only issue we found was that the mosquitos wanted to join the party! Bring spray. Also, they have artificial turf for grass, which can be very hot on your feet. The deck area and chairs are plastic gray, and we found them to be hot at times too. There is a shed full of beach items and pool floats too. They had a big summer kitchen in the back and they he mini fridge was great to store the juice boxes for the kids. You won’t be disappointed if you rent this property. The owner was very responsive to any questions or concerns. I would definitely go back!
