Waterfront on an intersecting canal with quick one bridge access to the gulf. Heated pool and shuffleboard area with plenty of chairs. Dock available on first come first serve basis. Summary: We loved our stay in Cape Coral Jan - March, 2022. The condo was equipped with everything we needed. It was very comfortable and we especially loved the large lenai from coffee to cocktails. The view from the master bedroom was delightful. Waking up each morning to the swaying palm trees was pretty great too! The condo is right next to the complex pool. The location is a short bike ride, car ride to many restaurants and entertainment venues. We biked, golfed, danced, played pickleball, and boated. We needed to contact the owner (Diane) a couple of times, and each time she responded immediately and prompt resolution/answers
