DAMAGES and / or DAMACS: Guests are advised not to move the furniture, remove or damage any object contained within the apartments and in the common areas of the structure. In case of damage or lack of objects, equipment or furnishings, caused by improper use and not by normal wear and tear, the amount will be charged to the credit card.
BEHAVIOR IN THE FARMHOUSE: Guests are requested to behave respectfully within the structure during the entire period of their stay, observing with mutual respect the rules of good neighborliness, and taking care that family members do not disturb neighbors, as well as inhabitants of the floors below and above.
WASTE: It is absolutely forbidden to throw waste or cigarette butts outside the special containers located within the company. Respect for separate waste collection is also required.
PETS: Dogs must be kept on a leash inside the farmhouse. All owners are asked to clean up where they get dirty and are responsible for any damage they cause to objects.
CHECK-OUT: Check out must be done by 10.00 on the day scheduled for departure, or by the day before departure, if this is done before 7.30.
APARTMENT EQUIPMENT RETURN: Upon your departure, please return: set of apartment keys and remote control or gate key. For those who lose them there is a credit card charge of € 15.00 for the set of keys and € 30.00 for the remote control. The Management will be available to show the invoice.
EARLY DEPARTURES: In case of early departures, the amount paid for the stay is not refunded.
ACCEPTANCE OF REGULATION: By staying at Il Pintello the customer undertakes to accept and respect these Regulations. The Management reserves the right to implement actions or take measures in the event of conduct that does not comply with these Regulations.
POOL REGULATION: Before entering the pool, please read these regulations:
It is forbidden to enter the swimming pool wearing clothes. It is forbidden to allow animals to enter. It is forbidden to introduce glass of any kind. Children under the age of 14 cannot enter unless accompanied by an adult, who assumes responsibility for them. The pool is open from 8:00 to 20:00, outside these hours it is forbidden to use the pool. It is strictly forbidden to use during the night. The management sets the opening and closing times of the swimming pool, which everyone is obliged to follow.
