The cottage is from 1976 with major modernization in 2020 and located on the plot, with its own direct access to the beach with bathing jetty. There are great opportunities for water sports, such as snorkeling, surfing, stand up paddle and kite surfing. The area also offers fishing opportunities for both children and adults. There is a short distance to the attractive fishing water at Røjensø Odde. The cottage is well furnished with four bedrooms, two with double beds and two with double sofa beds. Modern furnished living room with i.a. wood stove, access to DR1, DR2 and TV2 + German channels via satellite, WEB TV and streaming via the Internet. Kitchen with spacious fridge / freezer, dishwasher, ceramic hob and coffee machine m.m. There are two large bathrooms, both with shower. The house has underfloor heating, which is heated with oil burner. There are 4 good terraces - a covered terrace with fireplace and 3 open terraces, so you can always find a place with shelter and enjoy the sun and the view of the water. In the summer there is an outdoor bath with cold and hot water in the shower as well as an outdoor kitchen and cleaning area for fish.
