Positive: The location was great and the condo itself was very spacious for our group of 5 adults and a child. Lots of kitchen and cookware which came in super handy since we mostly cooked meals. Balcony had a great view, and the community was quiet and friendly. Location was incredible, just a short walk to the beach and a great bar/restaurant right next door. Sleeping arrangements were comfortable for several individuals, though I can see it getting tight with just 1 bathroom downstairs to share the majority of the space.
Negative: We tried to check in early and were unable due to cleaning services and inspection. However, for the last hour just sat parked down the road waiting for our code to become active and the rental agency kept telling us there was nothing they could do. Felt like a run around/excuse to not let us in early, which was annoying. The worst part was the cleaning was not even a deep one. Toys from previous renters under the sofa, dust under beds, and dated shower curtains added to the frustration of being toyed around while waiting. Lastly, the outside garbage was half full on day 1 and only partially emptied 6 days into the week long rental.
Summary: An excellent week at the beach. Some minor fixes can be made to make it a 10 point stay.
