Summary: I arrived for check in and decided not to stay. I was not comfortable with the location, lack of suitable parking and several other issues I noticed. I did not go into the rental. I preferred to forfeit the entire cost of my 3-night reservation and booked a hotel in another area. Communication with the host was good, but per the payment policy no refund was considered, not even partial nor consideration to credit the cleaning cost since I did not check in.
