Best location on the lake for families, couples and dedicated sportsmen who want to be on the lake when the sun comes up. Five minutes to the nearest boat ramp. Three bedroom, two bath with 2200 sq ft eight miles north of Del Rio Tx. Living area is tile as well as both bathrooms with carpet in the bedrooms. The master bedroom has a queen bed, guest bedroom #1 has a queen and a single while guest bedroom #2 has a queen and a double. Depending on sleeping arrangements it should accommodate 6-8. A great place to enjoy the lake, fishing, hunting or nearby tourist attractions. Del Rio is without doubt the nicest border town in Texas. Shopping, Texas oldest vineyard, museums, movie theater and great places to eat are an easy 15 min drive from the house. Seminole Canyon State Park is just a 20 min drive and a must see.
