Positive: Comfortable, clean, location to Universal Studios....
Negative: Advertised heated pool, which is true....but informed of quite an upcharge right before our stay....we declined. Ceiling fans would go a long way towards cooling the residence.....the one room with the mini-split was the only room that got truly cool...weather was nice, so it wasn't much of an issue....>
