Casa Austera is a very chill place, it was created thinking in a simple way to enjoy the beach and the river. A nice space to have a good rest away from the noise of other party hostels, trying to conserve the nature of El Paredon, we are beekeepers and trying to use permaculture in our garden.
We are located 100 meters from the river, 300 meters from the ocean. All public beaches.
We love artists, so we can have a special attention with them. We also work with some people from the community.
There is no air conditioning in the rooms, but there are big windows on all the walls. Mosquito nets and fan.
Surfing, beach, paddle boarding or kayaking in the mangroves, yoga. Feel and love the beach and the river.

Cancellation policy: 1 day before arrival. In case of a late cancellation or No Show, you will be charged the first night of your stay.
High season, and we ll ask for 2 days minimun stay, and 2 days charged if you cancel the booking, Is very full and we cant sell the rooms if you change your mind

PLEASE LET US KNOW YOUR ARRIVAL TIME, or your departure city and time, so we can wait for you, if you arrive and there is nobody at the house, probably everybody is at the beach. So no worries, drop your bags in the kitchen , drink some agua, take your shoes , and we will be there shortly.
