TONS of natural lighting and wide open beach views make this property the perfect place for your vacation. The open floor plan has a modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite counters, and is stocked with all of the small appliances (including drip coffee maker), utensils and linens you need. Enjoy your morning coffee at the kitchen bar, or make a full meal for everyone to enjoy at the large dining table, which is newly painted as well. The living and dining area boast gorgeous ocean views with new curtains in the bedrooms and furniture, and you can enjoy movie nights around the new, 65" flat screen TV, or step outside on your balcony and watch the sunset. There is a FULL size Washer and Dryer in the unit for your convenience as well.
The Master bedroom features a King bed with new linens, with an amazing en suite bathroom, complete with double vanity, separate walk- in shower and soaking tub! This suite also includes a new 50" TV and ocean views, making it the perfect place to relax after a long day at the beach. The second bedroom also has a King bed with new linens, its own 50" flat-screen TV and its own en suite bathroom. There is ample storage space and it is beautifully decorated. The third bedroom has a Queen bed with new linens, a 40", new flat- screen TV and its own en suite bathroom- no one has to share!!! There is an additional Queen sleeper sofa in the living area if needed. This unit also provides 2 beach chairs.

RESORT CONSTRUCTION NOTICE: “During a time period beginning in late September 2023 and continuing through March 2024, the Aqua COA will be undergoing numerous important maintenance projects. These include structural repairs and re-painting portions of the eastern half of the building (stacks 01 through 05), structural repairs on all levels of the parking deck, skybridge floor resurfacing, beach boardwalk access replacement, and HVAC repairs. During this time, some common area amenities such as the eastern outdoor pool, various parking spaces, skybridge access, beach access, HVAC, etc will be impacted or unavailable.”
Please note: Our rentals book weekend to weekend from May 14- August 6. We offer 5-night rentals March 5 - April 23, with check in or check out on Saturday or Sunday. January and February are monthly rentals. If you want a shorter length of time during this season, please submit an inquiry. We accept a maximum of 2 weeks rentals from March-November. In the event of a special request, please contact Reservations directly. You must be at least 25 to rent this property.
