Small terrace at the front with views, fenced in back yard, parking for 2 cars. 1 or 2 small Dogs welcomed by arrangement for a fee of £50 per dog. Can easily sleep 2 families, child friendly with safe fenced in back yard, parking for 2 cars. Wifi, Charcoal BBQ and a Nespresso coffee machine are supplied.
The very best location for self catering in Rock, right in the heart of the village close to Sailing Club, watersports, beach, shops, bars and restaurants, ferry to Padstow, golf, fishing and walking. Nearby Polzeath offers lots of different activities and things to see such as: Stunning beaches for families, surfing and coasteering, sailboarding and kite surfing at Daymer Bay. Port Isaac, fishing port and home of the Fishermans Friends and Doc Martin series
The House faces south and has a sunny terrace at the front and a paved yard with former potting shed at the rear. The house is 100 yards from the Sailing Club and Pub: 150 yards from the beach and 10 minutes walk to the Golf Club (handicap certificates required for the Church course not for the Holywell course). Sailing and water-ski-ing nearby.
