Ideally located on the borders of the SAUTERNES vineyards and the LANDAISE forest, less than an hour from BORDEAUX or SAINT-EMILION, "La HOUSIE" is also an ideal starting point for the ATLANTIC Coast and the ARCACHON Basin.
This family house - renovated in compliance with the standards "HVE" (High Environmental Value) can accommodate one or two families (9 people in total) in a natural and quiet (private road and lack of opposite).
The set consists, in its main part:
- A living room of 60 m² (facing south - very bright), opening onto a small wooden terrace. Cast iron stove. Toilet. riddance
- A kitchen / dining room of 60 m² equipped with a fireplace and a cooker (5 gas burners / 2 electric ovens) - stone sink
- Direct access from the kitchen to a large paved and covered outdoor terrace (2 levels) 35 m², facing North. Equipped for meals - Plancha.
- Room "2 persons" of 20 m² (1 bed 160 cm) with private bathroom of 20 m², equipped with a bath, a shower Italian (120X100) and WC
- "1 person" extra room of 25 m² in mezzanine (1 bed 120 cm) with TV corner (satellite)

- An office of 25 m² with wood stove - access to covered terrace
