Located in the heart of the downtown Watch Hill, this Condo is an oasis of serenity in which you will never want to leave. Economical option to wedding venues in the area, most within short walking distance. Take long walks on the beach, watch the beautiful sunsets, relax to the sound of the waves and stroll to the light house. With easy access to both the public and private beaches, a historic Carousel, a downtown area full of shops and restaurants, you will always be entertained.
In this brand new condo, you won't have to worry about fitting your whole family because our condo easily sleep up to 6 people. In the master bed room there is a luxurious queen bed, and in the other bed room there is a bunk bed with a pull out trundle. The top bunk is a single, the bottom bunk is a double, and the trundle is a single. Also in the living room the couch has a pull out bed .
The condo has 2 bathrooms which each have a shower, a sink, and a toilet. But the master bathroom also has a jet tub.
The top of the line kitchen has all of the best stainless steel appliances such as a spacious fridge and freezer, a microwave, a gas stove and an oven. You can eat your one of a kind meals at indoor or outdoor dining areas.
The patio not only has a breath taking view of the beach, ocean, the downtown area, and the beautiful sunsets, but it also has two rocking chairs and dining table.
This condo also has 2 flat screen smart tv's and wifi for when you are relaxing indoors. The flat screen TV in the living area has a gas fireplace under it.
Condo rental includes 2 parking spots.
