Comfort and style 4 bedroom villa, located very close to the Cypriot village of Emba. The 4-bedroom villa offers a private outdoor space that guests can relax in and a well maintained garden. Relax and unwind on the sun loungers or enjoy a glass of wine on the terrace. As you enter you will find yourself in a modernly furnished living area, which glass patio doors will lead you to terrace where al fresco dining can be enjoyed whilst admiring the mesmerizing views of the garden and pool. There is one double bedroom on the ground floor. When reaching the first floor via the stairs there are 3 bedrooms. A master bedroom with king size bed, en-suite with a pool views. Completing the bedrooms on this floor are a further 1 double and 1 twin bedrooms. The outside area can be accessed from the ground floor where you will find the backyard garden area furnished with sunbeds and the private swimming pool.
Villa is located in Emba Village. Emba Village is a traditional Cypriot village with a small selection of Tavernas and shops and a beautiful 12th century church. A large supermarket and further restaurants and shops are a 5 minute drive away while the villa is a 10 minute drive away from Paphos with its lively harbor and many cafés and restaurants serving excellent local dishes in a beautiful setting. The blue flag beaches of Coral Bay which offer diving and a range of other water sports are also only a 15 minute drive away. Emba is also home to many chapels and churches, one large church has been recently built and others are very old little chapels. The village is charming with it's winding roads and lemon, orange and nectarine groves. Agriculture is the main industry of the area and as well as citrus fruits there are also peaches. Emba has a few shops and tavernas dotted along the narrow winding road that runs through the village. In the evening the local men can be seen sitting outside their local coffee shops.

Address : Avalon resort ( house Number), Meteoron, Emba 8250. For food deliveries they may not find the street name as so new but you can use Pavlou Mela
From Paphos Airport head towards Paphos and take the highway road to Paphos.
At the end of the highway, you reach a roundabout, go straight over (through Traffic lights), go straight through the next traffic lights too, and then take the1st left at the next roundabout. Go straight thought 1st traffic lights, and take right at the 2nd traffic lights. You then take the 1st left and continue straight until you reach a T junction and you turn right. Follow the road (Emba to Tala village road) and take the 2nd left into Emba village (you can see the EKO petrol station ahead on the right) just after the turning you take. You follow this road until you see the road sign Kosta Champiaouri and you turn right, you will see the complex of New villas straight ahead. You enter on the far right through the barrier.
Avalon 1 villas is a (security) gated community. Once you confirm a booking, you will be sent the full details and instructions on how to enter through the gate.
Avalon 1complex of villas is a (security) gated community. We have used the mobile number on your booking/ or that you supplied us with (maximum 3 per villa) to add to the security system.
You dial + 357 99 426577, you will get an engaged signal and the gate will open. It closed automatically. You need to do the same to exit the complex. Mobile numbers will be removed after your departure and access with be blocked.
Please also note: Avalon 1 has a night security guard from 11am – 5am. He is based by the gate and does random checks throughout the complex during the evening.

Please note:
No Smoking and no pets are allowed in our properties.
No parties are allowed in the villa.
No loud music outside, and no music / loud activities outside after 11pm.
No Confetti and no hanging of decoration is also allowed.
The villas are in residential areas and should be treated as such, as a home.
All garbage should be removed from the villa and placed in the outside bins provided.
Pleased remember to close all windows on departure and put the key back in box and change the numbers.
