Located minutes from downtown & local beaches and steps away from Sarasota's own "Central Park" (Payne Park) & Legacy bike trail (an 18 mile multi-use trail). This centrally located home boasts a large front & back yard with ample parking. Plenty of private outdoor space for relaxing with coffee or a cocktail, under the shade of mature trees and palms. Friendly SRQ-native hostess available for questions and recommendations. Bike, hike, beach and city all in one ideal location.
You will enjoy a well-equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, smart TV, high speed Wi-Fi and free onsite parking. Designed with peace and tranquility in mind, décor and furnishings are comfortable, cozy and clean with a bamboo mid-century modern 1970's vibe. Family/kid/dog friendly. The backyard is the perfect place to relax: chill in the Adirondack chairs, sip coffee listening to the morning bird song or take a bike ride to the park or down the trail. You will have the ENTIRE yard and house to yourself. AND you have direct access to the legacy bike/walk trail.

The new Bay Runner TROLLEY is only 3 blocks away: hop on it anytime from 8AM-midnight for FREE and ride to downtown, Lido beach or St Armands.
Payne Park is a great place to exercise, relax or play. It is home to a 9 hole disc golf course, skate park, circus playground, clay tennis courts and plenty of open green space to walk your dog, play or stroll. Payne park café has outdoor live music nearly every Friday night with dinner and drinks for purchase.
The Legacy Bike Trail is 18 miles of vehicle-free, paved path for biking, walking or skating. It goes from our front door/Payne Park all the way to Venice.
