Loft with queen bed and sitting area overlooking the water. The beach can be under water do to storm systems and tides occasionally. The water is always accessible. 1st floor full bath, bedroom with twin bunks, open concept living room and kitchen with WIFI, large flat screen TV for amazon firestick only. 2 kayaks (one a double), 1 canoe, 2 beach chairs, umbrella and outdoor shower.
