Bottom floor features covered parking, outdoor shower, picnic table and bar, a charcoal grill, and private access to the beach. Fully equipped kitchen with stainless appliances. Linens and towels are included. Starlink internet with speeds up to 125 mb/s.
3 BR/ 2 Bth sleeps MAX 8. The on-suite master bedroom features a king bed, double vanity and shower. The second bedroom features a queen bed. The third bedroom features a double bunk with 4 twin beds which top bunks are only suitable for kids. The second bathroom also includes the stackable washer and dryer.
This is the ideal location for a birding getaway, just 10 minutes from High Island and 20 minutes from Bolivar Flats.
