Paradise! This cozy beach cottage is located steps from Passagrille Beach on the Gulf of Mexico. Take your coffee to watch the sunrise over Passagrille Channel in the morning & in the evening have cocktail hour on the sand while watching the sunset over the Gulf. Nicely updated this two bedroom one bath home packs a lot of amenities in a small package. Wide plank porcelain tile runs throughout the living space & the ceilings have decorative tin tiles. Designer light fixtures & a custom gas log burning fireplace are just a few of the features in the living area. In 2016, the kitchen was completely redone with new cabinets, butcher block counters, a gas range & stainless appliances. The master bedroom has vaulted ceilings & a spacious walk in closet. Luxurious onyx tile covers the bathroom walls & floors. Outside in the private fenced patio, travertine tile creates a comfortable sitting area. Other features include a gas grill & an outdoor shower. Easy access (no drawbridges!) to the Interstate, Downtown St Petersburg, Tampa International Airport & much more.

Summary: We loved our cottage for our (almost) 5-week stay. We could live here but just can't at this time. The house was perfect for the two of us and in a great, safe, location, and it had all the amenities. The bed was very comfortable and the standing pool was a nice bonus on hot days. We could have stayed longer. Thank you for such a special time in your home. #sunsets
