All brand-new dining furniture and living room furniture to include leather couches and grand ceiling fans. The kitchen is a complete and full kitchen with all stainless-steel appliances, granite counter tops, and a large kitchen island. The house is also equipped with a brand-new washer and dryer. The large windows give you a spectacular view of the ocean from the kitchen, dining and living room. Three sliding glass doors lead out to the spacious deck equipped with a table, chairs and a gas grill to enjoy ocean front meals or a glass of wine at sunset.
