Come to our lovely studio condo in south beach! Right across from the ocean on ocean drive! It is really in a great location in south beach-walk to restaurants, clubs and shopping.
Bright Studio - with room to sleep on 1 NEW king bed and 1 NEW futon sofa. This bright studio faces a quiet side street, just off of busy ocean drive. -located right across from Lummus Park If you want to see what's happening this studio is in the heart of the action.
Wake up to the sun & sky of south beach, on the ocean - only a beautiful green park between you and the beach, - in our lovely art deco building. We are at 530 ocean Dr.
Meet friends in our beautiful lobby, ride the elevator to your condo.
Airy and bright! Updated studio-- Full kitchen with refrigerator, cooktop, microwave, coffee maker. One beautiful bathroom with tub. A comfortable king size bed to rest at night and futon sofa. Central A/C. Free wifi and cable.- sleeps 4 people (recommend 2 adults 2 kids or 3 adults 1 kid).
This apartment is on the quiet side of the building

A car is NOT necessary.....
The South Beach Local is the cheapest and most scenic way to travel South Beach. The shuttles breezes around South Beach every 10-15 minutes, stopping at numerous bus stops. The shuttle is air conditioned and the fare is only 25 cents. The hours of operation are as follows: Monday to Saturday (7:45am - 1am) Sundays and Holidays (10am - 1am)

Summary: My sister & I took a mini mother/daughter vacation, the location of this condo is perfect! Directly across from the beach! Many different restaurants around to choose from in the area all within walking distance. The condo could certainly use some maintenance and updates but the location us look past the little issues. There is an old moldy smell about the building & condo though once you get upstairs. But hey who goes to South Beach to sit in their room?! Helena was WONDERFUL!! We checked in after hours due to our flight but she was right there to meet us at 1 am. Her communication was great at all times, she quickly responded and came to replenish things such as toilet paper when needed. Helena is an excellent “property manager” (not sure if that’s her title). Thank you for the stay! Hopefully we’ll be back soon, kid free this time lol. 😊
