One house from gulf front on a private gated street, only 50 steps from the front door to the beach walk. Panoramic water views from sunrise to sunset from 3rd floor balcony accessed from both main suites. Private pool with seating and charcoal grill. Beverage refrigerator and sink service pool area. Parking for 4 vehicles.
Dune Drifter is a beautiful family home with 4 king bedroom suites and 2 additional built in bunk areas. Every king bedroom has their own en-suite full bath and private space to relax. Come together in the open living and kitchen on 2nd floor with balcony and gulf views. The second floor also has a separate laundry room, pantry, and half bath.
Two king suites on the 3rd floor with gulf-facing balcony with seating and 180 degree gulf views from sunrise to sunset. Both bedrooms have ensuite full bath with large custom shower. The third floor also features two separate bunk areas, which each sleep 2.
Two first floor king bedroom suites with en suite baths. The east first floor king bedroom has a set of built in twin bunks. This home has been fully renovated to showcase gulf views from the 2nd and 3rd floors.
FIRST FLOOR-The ground level first floor offers 2 large king size bedrooms each with its own attached private full bath. Bedroom 1 (east) has a king-sized bed with fresh and comfortable linens. Bedroom 1 also has built in twin bunks. Bedroom 1 features an en suite full bath with large custom shower. All linens, including duvet covers, are fresh for every guest. Every bedroom has a smart TV and T-Mobile WiFi. Bedroom 2 (west) is located on the first floor and has a king-size bed and en suite full bath with separate soaking tub and large custom shower. The ground level has a sink and beverage refrigerator at the entrance to private pool (not heated). The pool is equipped with lounge chairs and a charcoal grill. The door leading from the house to the pool has a pool alarm. Pool is fully fenced with pool locks on both gates.
SECOND FLOOR-On the second floor, the large chef's kitchen is complete with quartz counters and stainless appliances. Families will love the open floor plan and seating at the over-sized quartz island. The family room has 2 comfortable sofas with TV and gas fireplace. Soak in gulf views from our lovely swivel gliders. Gulf views from large windows and balcony off great room. The 2nd floor balcony has additional seating to enjoy gulf views and breezes. A half bath serves the 2nd floor. Separate laundry room with commercial Speed Queen washer and dryer, storage, iron, clothes bar and separate drying rack. Separate pantry and completely stocked kitchen with stainless appliances.
THIRD FLOOR- On the 3rd floor, 2 additional king suites both with en-suite baths will give everyone space and comfort. Third floor balcony with panoramic gulf views from sunrise to sunset. The third floor also features 2 bunk rooms. Each set of built in twin bunks sleep 2 for a total of 4.
PRIVATE BEACH ACCESS-Our beach access is simply amazing. Dune Drifter is one home from beach front and approximately 40 steps to the beach walk. With only 9 homes on our gated street, the beach is never crowded and it's just so close. Dune Drifter is on the beach side of 30A (no street to cross).
*Please note that the HOA of this private beach asks tents be placed on back 1/3 of beach to avoid blocking views. We provide 10 Tommy Bahama portable beach chairs and 2 Beach Bub umbrella systems for do-it-yourself use. You may also rent beach chairs and umbrella set up along with kayaks and SUP at beachside from Beach Chairs 4 U. Bonfires are available from Captain Zac as they require a permit from Walton County. Beach toys located next to pool.
