This cute little 2 bedroom studio above the garage features an open floor plan living room, dining area and kitchen. Large master bedroom area with Queen bed. Second bedroom with bunk bed that has full (bottom) and twin (top). The couch in the living room also pulls out to a queen. It's located on the same property as our home situated on a beautiful 1/2 acre parcel in the country in close proximity to the North Beach area, hot springs, Minnetonka Caves and just a short drive from Montpellier. NO PETS ALLOWED under no circumstances. Owner is very allergic.

Summary: This little garage apt was wonderful for our family of 4. It was about a 10 min drive to north beach and only about a quarter of a mile off of the main road, but it was on an old dirt road with very few other houses and hardly any traffic and a very large front yard. Our friends rented the main house and between all of us, we had 10 kids and 10 adults and we had so much space to run and play and felt very safe. We will definitely be back again!
