The Town Squares are one of the most popular attractions of the community where you'll find shopping, restaurants, movie theaters, and free live entertainment nightly! When you are ready for a day of fun in the sun, the Chatham Recreation Center is a short golf cart ride away. Here you'll find a family friendly swimming pool, meeting rooms, billiards tables, and much more.
You'll feel right at home the minute you walk into this beautiful home. This home is beautifully decorated with light & airy charm. The kitchen is complete with everything you'll need to prepare and serve meals. The living room offers plenty of comfortable seating to enjoy your favorite television shows on the flat screen TV. The master bedroom has a queen size bed, walk-in closet, and a private master bath with a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom two twin size beds for your guests to enjoy and will offer a new TV for their enjoyment. The bedrooms and both bathrooms are set up with extra towels and linens. Of course don't forget about the enclosed lanai that offers a peaceful living space all year round. The private lanai provides comfortable seating to enjoy your morning coffee or juice and newspaper. The outdoor space is great for those nights you want to enjoy time with your new friends and for the family fur baby to enjoy running. It is also a great place to end a busy day of activities with a cold drink before heading out to the town square and dance the night away.
This home comes complete and includes an electric golf cart, BBQ grill & WiFi internet connection. With the purchase of resident ID cards you can use any of the executive golf courses or pay resident rates at the Championship courses. You're also entitled to use any of the family friendly and adult only (30 or older) swimming pools, bocce ball, shuffleboard courts, and more plus over 1000 organized activities every week through the recreational centers.
