With over 2400 sf of usable space our beautiful three bedroom three bath home is perfect for your family vacation or relaxing weekend getaway. Conveniently located between San Antonio and Austin you can shop until your heart is content in nearby Gruene and New Braunfels or catch rays on the lake all day. At night roast marshmallows over the firepit or relax in the hot tub (seasonal). * Summer months you can also cool down in the "hot" tub on cold!!
Living room- Comfortable open concept floor plan allows for entertaining your group. Sectional sofa, family games and a 65" TV for your enjoyment.
Kitchen/Dining- Our well stocked Chefs Kitchen is the perfect place to prepare those family meals. We have provided just about everything we think you could need including Microwave, Blender, Toaster, Keurig with reusable pods, Bartender set, plates, utensils, potholders, wine opener, cooking ware and more.
We also start you off with some essentials ie Coffee, dish pods, dish soap and more.
Where you'll sleep:
Bedroom 1- Primary with 2 Queen beds adorned with luxury linens. One bed is Soft and one is medium firm. This room has a private balcony and en' suite bathroom with hairdryer and a 55' Roku TV and Vanity Selfie Mirror. There is a futon available for your use. Black out curtains provided to promote a healthy nights sleep.
Bedroom 2- This room has a plush memory foam King bed, luxury linens and extra pillows. There is a dresser and closet for your use and just outside this room is a beautiful full bathroom with stand up shower. Black out curtains provided to promote a healthy nights sleep.
Bedroom 3- Perfect for the kiddos on singles in your group this room has a T/T bunk bed and a single Twin for a total of 3 beds covered in luxury linens. Black out curtains provided to promote a healthy nights sleep.
There is a pack n play in the closet, some toys and baskets for storage.
