It has a Beautiful pool and tiki area to enjoy with a grill to use for a nice BBQ . It is perfect for relaxing and entertaining.
Small gatherings permitted with authorization from host. No big parties !

*Use swimming pool at your own risk. We are not responsible for any accidents that may occur. Supervise children at all times.
*Doorbell camera on site and security cameras are located around the property. There are indoor cameras that have been disabled for privacy.
*Pool heater is not included during your stay. A fee of $500 will be charged if heater is turned on.
*Jacuzzi heater works and instructions are provided upon arrival. Instructions must be followed to avoid a $250 fee.
*Early check in - $100 fee
*Late check out - $100 fee

*Propane tank for BBQ- if it is empty , it must be filled by guest . Please clean BBQ after use.
