This cozy seventh-floor Gulf View condo rental was recently updated with new tile flooring in the kitchen, hall and bathrooms, and new carpet in the living and dining rooms. The fully equipped kitchen features new cabinets, granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances, all the comforts of home.
Condo features include a fully equipped kitchen, spacious living and dining room, full-sized washer and dryer, and two full bathrooms. There is a new king mattress in the primary bedroom which has an ensuite with a standard walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has a new queen and the guest bath offering a tub /shower combo. All linens are provided, including beach towels!
The condo is furnished with 3 flat screen TVs. The living room and both bedrooms all have their own screened balconies overlooking the pool, beach, and the back bay. And keyless entry means one less thing to worry about.
