The space
Escape to your own oasis in this beautiful South Florida home! This space comes equipped to make your stay enjoyable. There is WiFi, office space for remote work, or just some private time. There is a living room with comfortable furniture and a Smart TV. King, Queen and single beds and full closet with shelves and hangers in all bedrooms.In the kitchen, there is plenty of counter space for eating or drinking with stools. The family room has a sofa with two chairs. Large dining table. The bathroom has laundered towels, hand towels, and face cloths, soap, shampoo. The laundry room has a washer and dryer.The kitchen is stocked with the basics. There is a grocery store within a few miles where you can purchase anything else you need in the kitchen. There is a refrigerator, freezer, stove, microwave, toaster, coffee maker (Keurig style pods), tea kettle, dishwasher, cups, plates, silverware, cutting boards, etc.NOTE: The pack n play and high chair are available but you must notify us the day prior to check-in that you will need these items. Also, please note that the pool is not heated.There is central air, note: the A/C is set at between 70-77.Local attractions: Sawgrass Mills Mall, some of the best restaurants within minutes, Las Olas Blvd, Intercoastal Waterway, Riverfront, The Broward Center of the Performing Arts, The Science and Discovery Center, Water Taxi, BB&T Center (for ice hockey and music lovers).
Other things to note
Please note that our pool is serviced twice a week, Tuesdays and Fridays. As you can see from the photos, we have lots of trees and vegetation so during windy days there will be leaves in the pool.
Receiving mail or packages is prohibited and we are not responsible for items that are mailed or shipped to the property.
** We are pet friendly up to 20lbs and there's an extra cleaning fee of $50 per pet.
**Max occupancy at all times is 6. No visitors allowed, all guests must be registered.
