Heated Pool: $30/per night. It must be requested 48 hours prior to arrival.
Pets fee per stay $50.00 per stay. Please message us requesting pet fee when you book.
We please ask our guests to clean after they finish using the BBQ. There is no fee for using it but if BBQ is not cleaned, we will charge a $50.00 fee.
No noise outside past 10:30 p.m - No parties or events allowed.
No smoking inside the house. Fines up to $750.00 for violating house rules.
4 car parking on property.
Please be advised that our landscaper and/or pool technician will be entering the property for scheduled lawn maintenance every 15 days and poolmaintenance 2x a week.

House rules
1. No parties or events allowed in property. Unauthorized parties will be immediately terminated and will be fined up to $500 for breaking rules. Your reservation may be terminated early with no refunds.
*** Pool Hours: 9:00 am - 10:00 PM - After that time we please ask to be inside in order to respect neighbors privacy.
2. Do not use bath towels to remove makeup or clean floors. Excessive damage of towels will be charged a fee.
3. No fee for BBQ. Just make sure to clean the BBQ after every use.
4. Avoid eating in the rooms to avoid stain in beds and comforters.
5. No smoking of any kind inside the house. Any smell of smoke inside the house a fee of $300 will be charged to your stay.
6. We are not responsible for any guest that gets injured by not following house rules such as, running around pool, diving, horse playing, etc.
7. Make sure to not leave doors open while you are outside in order to maintain A/C cool inside.
8. Do Not flush paper, towel paper, feminine products, toys or any kind of trash on toilet to avoid clog drains.
9. Turn off fans, lights and electronics when no one is using them.
10. No weapons or drugs allowed on the property.
11. Keep the house the best you can.
12. There is outdoor cameras in order to prevent wrongful parking, extra guests and excessive noise. Our team is monitoring all cameras to prevent unauthorized parties and any type of event that will put in danger our neighborhood.
-Please set thermostat to 75 for 30 minutes before going down to 70 to prevent system from freezing. Also, to keep the house cool, please refrain from opening the doors unnecessarily.
-Please bring the bins inside the property after trash has been collected to avoid City violations.
-You might see leaves in the pool because the pool is open and there are trees around it. Please use pool skimmers to clean or contact us for assistance.
-Please rinse the plates first with water to clear out any food waste before placing them inside the dishwasher.
-Late checkout will be charged minimum of $50 per hour to maximum nightly rate.
