Upon entering the front door, your eyes will be drawn instantly to the incredible views of the Atlantic Ocean! You will enjoy the breathtaking landscape of the ocean from the living room, dining room, and kitchen. Our beautiful 2nd floor 1 bedroom / 2 bath non-smoking condo will provide you with the all the comforts to make your stay a relaxing time in paradise! As you make your way through the unit to the non-smoking balcony area, you will find comfortable, reclining chairs with footstools to lay back and enjoy the breeze of the ocean, the pelicans gliding yards away, and at times the dolphins swimming. In the mornings, as you enjoy coffee on the balcony you will marvel at the magnificent sunrises and in the evening, enjoy a romantic beach walk by moonlight. Upon reentering the unit, you will step into the living room which is decorated in neutral tones with a 70" TV. The dining room provides seating for 4 and the bar for 3. The kitchen has granite countertops and has stainless steel appliances. The Master bedroom is furnished with a high-end queen-size mattress, wall mounted TV and 2 closets. The Master bath has a newly renovated tiled shower with a rain shower head. A built-in queen size murphy bed is tucked away in an area off the dining room. This is a gated complex includes an Oceanfront Olympic-size heated swimming pool, two tennis courts, two shuffleboard courts, charcoal grills, picnic tables and more located on the property. This unit is a monthly rental.
