Summary: Executive Bay Condo is a nice condo. Location is near the pool and pickleball courts which was convenient for us. Beds were comfortable and there was plenty of linens. So, the negatives are as follows: Both slider screens on the first floor did not work. Patio slider (one was completely missing and the other one would not stay on tracks and jammed). Front slider was completely jammed and inoperable. Dishwasher did not work. Vacasa was able to get a repair person in to fix on the last day of our visit. Vacasa did make a financial adjustment due to the inconvenience. Patio cushions did not go with furniture. Also after a rain, they had to be propped up to drain the water from them.
