Glorious countryside views from almost every aspect of our beautifully converted barn. Escape to the peace and tranquillity of central rural France. It's spacious kitchen and lounge will easily accommodate 6 people. The lounge features a wonderful log burner and the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need. There is a private garden with patio where you can sit and enjoy the fantastic countryside. The location is ideal for countryside walks and cycling. There are numerous Lakes with beaches within 20-40 minutes drive. The beautiful spa town of Neris-les-Bains is within 20 mins drive, where you can have many treatments and indulge in the sauna, steam room and outside and inside baths.

Summary: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. It has a wonderfully rustic feel to it, yet provided all the comforts we needed to rest well: comfortable beds, a bath and shower, a washing machine, and a garden that has the sun for a lot of the day. The area around the property is very quiet, with an occasional tractor or car passing by. It was lovely waking up to the sound of birdsong every day too! As other reviews have noted, there were quite a lot of cobwebs across the property when we arrived, but we found that these formed quite quickly regularly and that the spiders in them kept other bugs at bay. All in all, we would highly recommend people who are looking for peace and quiet in rural France to stay at this property.
