DETAILS: This 2-story condo is located in Watercolor less than a minute walk to the beach, shops, and the Watercolor Beach Club. On the first floor, the home offers a primary bedroom with a King bed, wall-mounted flat-screen TV, a spacious walk-in closet, and a porch. There is a large primary bath with double vanity, tub, and a separate shower featuring new stone, tile, countertops, flooring and faucets. The guest bedroom has a two twin beds, wall-mounted flat-screen TV, and renovated full bath with tub and shower. There is also a small cutout under the stairs with a twin bed for the little ones to sleep. There is also a washer/dryer on the first floor.
On the second floor, the sun-drenched living space opens to a porch that is great for people watching. The family room provides a casual spot to relax. View your favorite programs or movies on services like Netflix on the” Smart HD flat-screen TV. The entertainment system also comes with a DVD player and a Sonos Arc SL Premium Surround Sound System so you can listen to your music from your phone via Bluetooth.
