Each floor has a private entrance, kitchen, living/dining area, hall bathroom, multiple bedrooms, a connected workspace with a desk, and a unique outdoor space. The porch, patio, and main dining room can accommodate large gatherings. Perfect for togetherness AND privacy, this house serves as 3 homes in 1!
#1. The lower level has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, and a living/dining space. The dining area has seating for 8 guests and a TV in the living room. All bedrooms have access to the hall bathroom with a walk-in shower. The laundry room has a full-sized washer/dryer and an additional refrigerator.

Greybeard supplies sheets, pillowcases, towels, and kitchen linens. During the summer conference season (June and July), linens will be packaged and placed on each bed. Outside of the summer conference season, beds will be made before guest arrival.
