Positive: Loved the location - toward the state park end of the cape. Liked the price for the amenities- when they work. Loved the porch bed swing. Great lot, great access to state park. Loved the new shops in Port St Joe, too. Cute cottage and loved having our own pool to use
Negative: The cleaning wasn’t great- floors made your feet black and there were dried contacts by one of the upstairs beds. The hot tub didn’t work and it’s one of the reasons we chose the property. Took three portal messages to get a person - but even then there was confusion on who cares for the pool/hot tub. VERY VERY FRUSTRATING. There are cameras everywhere outside but the biggest issue was the one on the screen porch faces into the dining living area -so close the blinds. Never found the private beach access so used the public which was fine. I’m used to staying places that I get to actually converse with the owners I guess-going through the portal was a pain- esp when only there 1week. The kitchen needs a skillet and labeling the light switches would be super helpful. The grill needs replacing all together
