Summary: First of all there was no smoke detector in any of the rooms. I contacted the owner about this and they said people steal them. Opened a drawer in the kitchen and they were all in there and not installed. There was a cockroach under the chair in the living room. It was dead but still gross. In the description of the house they showed 4 lounge chairs by the pool. There was only one chair and it was completely torn and not useable. The pool was pretty cloudy. The lock on the back door was broken. One of the sliding glass doors was shattered upon arrival. You can definitely tell the owner has not put any money into this property in a very long time. This place was a disappointment compared to the photos.
