In Fort Myers near the Caloosahatchee River, 5730 Winkler, also known as the Coconut, will be the perfect location for you to house your next vacation! Short drive to the beaches of Fort Myers & Sanibel, restaurants and shopping plus easy access to Cape Coral. With the easy location, high occupancy, a private fenced pool and barbecue grill, this home is your ideal place to relax during the sunny Florida days.
This property is equipped with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a set maximum occupancy of 14 guests, so you can bring the whole family! Also great for traveling teams. Linens are included! We provide all bed linen, bath towels, hand towels and even a set of towels you can take to the beach.
This home has many areas to gather and the kitchen is beautiful, with plenty of storage too! The outside has a large circle drive in front allowing for plenty of parking in front, and a large fenced back yard with a private screened in pool with lounge chairs to sun bathe.
This property typically has a 7-night minimum. Multi-week rentals encouraged! $100 cancellation fee for all cancellations outside of our 48-hour grace period. Please consider Travel Insurance for unexpected situations preventing travel. This unit has a keyless entry so you can head right to the unit at check-in time.
