The Kitchen is fully stocked with Brand-New Appliances for your Family's Vacation needs! With a split floorplan, the Master Suite and Guest rooms are on opposing sides of the Condo for Ultimate Privacy. The Master Bedroom Suite is the selling point for this Property. Private and closed off access to the Master Area from the Living Room leads to the Ultimate Escape. The Gulf Waves can be heard when the Double sliding doors are open for complete and total Beach-time Serenity. 4 Post King Bed, large dressers, flat screen TV and access to private separate Vanity area AND Full Bathroom with a 100 Square Foot closet to boot! Leaving the Master Area and moving past the Kitchen we come to the Guest bedroom with 2 Queen Beds and 2 walk-in closets with Balcony access and smart flat screen TV. The Guest bathroom is directly across the hall from the Guest Bedroom having a shower/tub combo. Now onto the 3rd Bedroom which is the 2nd Master with King bed and is Sensational in every way with its own PRIVATE Balcony facing the Beach (south) PLUS a panoramic North facing Window boasting Views of the Grand Lagoon Area, Marinas and the Hathaway Bridge with extraordinary Nighttime views! 2 Walk-in closets are also available in this room. The side-by-side large capacity Washer and Dryer are available down the hall/across from the Kitchen for easy access for all rooms.
