Please note, any breach of our house rules or noise complaints may lead to cancellation without a refund. Regarding social events, please be aware that parties and large gatherings are not allowed, in line with local regulations and the owner's policies.
★ CLIMATE AND BIODIVERSITY: Located in a tropical zone, our property offers a warm and humid climate year-round. We recommend using sunscreen and staying hydrated, especially during occasional rainstorms. The area's rich biodiversity includes a variety of plants, reptiles, and insects. While we conduct regular inspections and monthly pest control, it's possible to encounter these local inhabitants. Rest assured, we continuously strive to manage their presence effectively.
