The space:
As you step in from the St Martins cul de sac , you'll be captivated by
the charm of the frontyard, featuring a balcony that overlooks the
street yard. As you enter you'll be drawn by the swell of the light
filtering into the main kitchen leading to the backyard courtyard,
ideal for relaxing and soaking up the sun, while you sizzle up a braai.
This home is perfect for those memorable barbecues.
The spacious lounge area is designed for comfort and entertainment,
complete with a TV equipped with Netflix. The fully equipped kitchen
features all the amenities you need, including a gas stove, dishwasher,
and more. Additionally, a laundry area tucks itself, intimately from
the kitchen with a washing machine and dryer.
Bedroom 1:
This elegant room offers an extra King-size bed for a luxurious night's
