Positive: Superb location. Loved the Biodiversity trail, too. The hot tub is a real bonus.

Negative: There was an issue with the upstairs bathroom toilet - it didn't flush properly. We raised this with the owners and they did a quick fix but the issue remained. We had to use the shower head in the loo as it didn't flush properly - not great. We had 1 adult in each of the twin rooms. They were not that comfortable (probably designed for kids). I had the twin room facing the garden. The noise from the hot tub disturbed me at night (we understood from the owners that you are not supposed to switch it it off). Due to the above I did not sleep well - such a shame. Would have given the property 10/10 were it not for the above.
