Party in Slow Motion is a 3 bedroom and 1 bath beautifully decorated lake cottage with views of Buggs Island/Kerr Lake sits on a cove with large private slip dock. The lake access is within view of the home, and an easy walk.
Families, group of friends, group of fishermen will all find a nicely equipped cottage with high-speed Wi-Fi and air conditioning. Right in the heart of Clarksville, and easy to enjoy all that Clarksville has to offer.
The space
The cottage has 3 queen beds and access to air mattresses if needed. Each bedroom and the family room have a TV with Roku for access to streaming. Bathroom 1 has double sinks and a stand up shower.

The kitchen has all you need to cook dinner for your lake crew and enjoy the Lake Life. The dining room has lots of chairs so your family can eat together.
The covered patio has a tables and chairs for outdoor dining.. The patio has views of the lake cove, both bridges over the Lake. There is a Blackstone Griddle for your use if you know how to take care of it.
Yard is big enough for any games you want to enjoy, and plenty of parking. We have a firepit for your use as well, and firewood is available locally.
The Private Boat Dock, and Corps of Engineers Land
The land around the dock is owned by the US Corps of Engineers and is public access. The dock is private and for the use of registered guests only. The dock has space for you to bring your boat or rental boat. There is beach area at the water access in addition to the Private Dock.
