Positive: The building is great. So many extra features I wasn't expecting, maybe I should have read more. There was TV in each room, gorgeous balcony with a view of the ocean, if you leave the sliding door open it's a steady sound of the waves. A/C in each bedroom. Comfy bed, great bathroom for each. The building had it's own pool, game room (which was actually nice), meeting room, spa (you can get in the sauna for free), library and then from the pool it's about a 1 minute walk down stairs and your on the beach. Great location, the other side of the building has a great healthy and yummy breakfast place. Host was great and really thoughtful, was greeted upon arrival and given a tour. They even left little care packages for us.
Negative: Instructions on where to enter and what to tell the guards my first time would've been great, it wasn't an issue and got through in about 3 minutes, but would've been nice to know I should tell the guard my room number, person who was going to meet me and then head to the lobby. The building is a complex so it can be a little confusing the first time, but was really easy after that.
