Master bedroom has a comfy king sized bed and second bedroom has 2 full sized beds with brand new bedding. The cozy sunroom has a sofa bed that sleeps one, so that the house can accommodate up to 7 guests.
Amazing kitchen with brand new stainless steel appliances and everything needed to host your group. Open floor plan, with big windows and beautiful views of the water. The home is canal front with pilings for docking your boat. The beautiful main bathroom has been recently renovated and the second bathroom has also been updated and has state of the art lighting and integrated bluetooth! There is also an outdoor shower for rinsing off after a relaxing day at the beach or on the boat.
The home is walking distance from fine dining, convenience stores and bike rentals. It is located in the heart of Longboat Key, just a short drive from St. Armands, Mote Marine, and all that Sarasota has to offer.
