Positive: The pool bar. The following folks were doing an amazing job under very difficult circumstances. Byron, the GM Lisa Dorian Arena Scott Colton Louisa Tafari Buffet and staff for the 2 meals per day did a pretty good job. The Oxtail stew was great
Negative: Beach is unusable due to sargasum sea weed and no real effort to improve it. Understand they're trying to update the facilities, but it's not a good value at this point. After two days of cold showers, I was told that due to a lack of working hot water heaters, I needed to run the water for at least 20 minutes prior to my shower. What the heck! Pretty run down. Grounds looked like it hadn't been cut in weeks. Main dining (open only three nights per week) was absolutely not an all-inclusive experience. Wouldn't seat us cause we were 15 minutes early even though there was only one couple in the dining room. I was told we couldn't add or change anything from the menu. I just wanted some coconut rice from one dish added to my dish. Not all you want to eat either. And the hostess was just plan rude.
