It is a detached house with 2 bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen and a living room with a terrace which has a view over the Douro.
It is a stone built property from the 1940s and was the property owners´ home at one time, with architecture characteristic of the era and region. It was recently renovated and fitted with every commodity and comfort for rural tourism, such as central heating, a hearth, air conditioning etc.
