A large internal marble staircase leads to the apartment which is composed of a large entrance, two bedrooms, a living / dining room with two armchair beds and a completely renovated bright bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, freezer, electric cooker top, microwave oven, Nespresso coffee machine, sink, dishwasher and everything you need to eat at home if you don't want to go out.
A part of the garden with oak and palm trees to rest in a quiet corner is completely dedicated to guests with table, umbrella, chairs and deck chairs. Two covered parking spaces in the private park complete the spaces that are available to feel at home.
